M42 tool steel is high-speed steel with high cobalt. And it also is called JIS SKH59 and DIN 1.3247 steel. It is mainly used for high toughness precision, wear-resistant hardware, cold stamping die and cutting tools. It has high toughness and hardness could reach to 70HRC. Its hot hardness is high and easy to grind and cut. The cutting tools which are made of M42 steel can cut cast superalloys, titanium alloys, and ultra-high-strength steels. It is used widely to manufacture high precision and complex cutting tools because of its great grinding properties. M42 Steel round bar sheet plateproperties and chemical composition as below.

M35 steel is high speed tool steel . It also is called SKH55 steel and 1.3243 steel. After the heat treatment, its hardness, red hardness and wear resistance can be improved. It is a good material for making tools which can handle high impact and abrasion. And it always is used to make advanced die, screw dies, reamer, milling cutter, iron head, punch, complex shape tools with high toughness. It is easy to do the hot and cold process. After the quenching and tempering, the hardness will be the same as M42 steel . And the hardness of them is 66±1HRC and 67±1 HRC.

M2 high speed tool steel is tungsten-molybdenum high-speed steel with a well-balanced carbon composition and high toughness. It is also called JIS SKH51 and DIN 1.3343 steel. It is easy to overheat, control the quenching heating temperature is necessary and the heat treatment protection requirements are strict. It is used widely to make cutting tools because of its great hardness and wear resistance. It has replaced T1 high speed steel in most applications, become the first choice of customer due to its great performance and extremely high-performance price ratio. M2 steel round bar sheet plate properties and chemical composition as below.

NAK80 steel material is a prehardening plastic mold steel . Out of the factory, the hardness can be 37-43 HRC. Without S, it has good mirror polish and EDM. After the production of special smelting, it will get high cleanness and stable performance. NAK80 steel has great polishing property, it no needs heat treatment. Perfect machinability and lower surface roughness, the hardness is balance in anywhere. After the processing of spheroidizzing annealing, its machinability will be better. Add the elements of Vanadium and Molybdenum in a special way, the wear resistance is up to the next level. And the toughness is good, with the great mechanical properties, you do not need to worry about the problem of fracture.

DIN 1.2316 plastic mold steel has 17% chromium element, its corrosion resistance and polishing performance are great, pre-hardening hardness is 34 – 40 HRC. 23616 steel material has great mechanical properties, so it is widely used in the plastic mould industry.
